What If the “Weird Shit” You’ve Been Experiencing Is Actually Real?

Let’s start with honesty, not spirituality. What if the things you’ve been calling “ weird ”, the knowing you can’t explain, the sensations you were told to ignore, the awareness that doesn’t fit into neat logic... aren’t problems at all? What if they’re real? Not “ real ” as in something you need to dramatise, label, or turn into an identity overnight. Real as in valid, human, and far more common than you were led to believe . Because here’s the first truth I’m going to say clearly. You don’t need fixing. And if anyone has ever made you feel like you do, that’s conditioning, not truth. Let’s Talk About Childhood Without Romanticising It Most intuitive people didn’t grow up feeling special. They grew up feeling out of place . You noticed more than others. You felt atmospheres shift. You clocked emotional undercurrents long before you had words for them. And instead of being supported in that awareness, you learned very quickly that it made you different. So you adapted....

The Real Reason You Don’t Trust Your Gifts

I cannot count how many women have sat across from me and said the same thing in different words. “I know I’m intuitive, but I don’t trust it.” “It comes and goes.” “Some days I feel connected, other days I feel blocked.” They are perceptive, sensitive, aware women who have felt Spirit move through them in undeniable ways. Their loyalty was split. Where Intuitive Doubt Actually Begins Most intuitive women learned early how to read people. Not as a skill they chose, but as a way of navigating relationships safely. They learned when to speak, when to soften, when to hold back, and when to keep the peace. Over time, this became normal....

How Remembering Your Soul’s Language Unlocks Real Spiritual Connection

Most people grow up believing mediumship is something rare. Something reserved for people who were born with a special spark or who saw spirits standing at the end of their bed as kids. I used to believe that too. I thought mediums were chosen, and because I never felt chosen, I assumed whatever strange experiences I had were happening to me rather than coming from within me. My entire life changed the moment I realised the truth. You do not learn mediumship. You remember it. Everything you need to communicate with the Spirit already lives inside you. It always has. This realisation only arrived because life cracked me open in a way I never expected. When I lost my dad, I was in Australia and he was in Europe. There was no final moment together. No goodbye. No closure. The grief was heavy, but something else happened in the middle of that pain. Something that woke me up from the inside out.
